real life unfolds...

New year, new life phase, new blog skin....you like?

 So it's been about 4 months since my last post... four months of real life...moved out of the loo and started on the next phase of my life.. adulthood.....

Moving home, going to work every day, commuting on the subway, snugly squished between other tired half-awake individuals, earning a regular paycheck, ... even now, it's still sometimes surreal.  I find myself stopping sometimes and thinking "this is it?"

I feel like i've finally reach the top this mountain, a mountain that I've been climbing my whole life... only to discover at the top, that I'm actually at the base of several more mountains...mountains that i never really saw before and mountains that go in all different directions...and all i can think is now what?

Like the quote in my last post said, now that it's dawned on me that this really is my life, it's time to start living it...to start doing the things I always wanted to do... the hardest part i think, will be trying to figure out what the next step actually is...what's the next mountain that I want to climb?  How many of those things that i dreamed about doing when I was studying do I really actually want to do first - travel to Europe, Asia, Australia, take salsa lessons, take scuba diving lessons, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera...? So many dreams, so little time...

I guess it's good timing then that my church is doing PDL now...while i've done it before, it never hurts to do it again... especially since i find when you read something for the second time, you often pick up on things that you missed the first time...or because of life events, different passages mean different things.... God reveals all things in His time right?

Hopefully God reveals things soon because I have to book my vacation time with the office soon
